Finally a Post!

Its been a long ime since I've updated! A lot has happened in the 3 months that I haven't updated. Uncle Nick came to visit us for a whole month! It was great we had a great time we took him to Washington D.C. it was the first time for us too it was awesome! Though it was really hot! And we got lost and couldn't find where we parked our car it took us about 45 minutes to find it.

Maddy has learned to crawl! She's an expert crawler now. She gets into everything that shes not supposed to. She can also pull herself up on the furniture and all sorts of things! She's a little trouble maker! Her hair is getting longer now its not too long yet but its getting there. Maddy can also say UH OH when she falls down! She can also give kisses when she wants to. Right now I'm trying to teach her how to wave hi and bye she does it but not to often. Madelyn has got 2 teeth on the bottom and her 2 front teeth are coming in! She does bite Martin and I so I'm trying to teach her not to do that. She does understand the word NO because when I say NO she looks at me first but does it anyway. I think that's all for now. Hopefully I'll update soon.

Sitting & Screaming

I know its been awhile since I updated but, I finally have a chance to do it. Since the last post Maddy has learned that she can scream very loud! She loves it while it gives Martin and I headaches! So instead of crying now she screams. Maddy has also learned how to sit up on her own for a few minutes then she gets so excited that she falls over but it's a start! We can soon start feeding her solid foods when she turns six months which is only in a couple of weeks which is really exciting I can't wait for that. Maddy also loves to laugh! Martin always gets her to laugh. I guess she thinks her daddy is funny.

1st Beach Trip!

Since the weather was warm this past Saturday we decided to take Maddy to the beach for the first time! She loved it! She loves being outside but the past few weeks its been raining and cold but, this last Saturday it was about 76 degrees so it was nice. She loved putting her feet in the sand she got so excited she started talking to us! The water was still way too cold to put her feet in it maybe next time.

A laugh is a smile that bursts

We finally got Maddy to laugh! Yay! We get her to smile all the time so it finally turned into laughter! I love when she laughs it so cute! Martin was the one that got her to laugh. Here's what we got on video.

1st Vacation

It's been awhile since my last post but that's because we took Maddy to meet her Grandma and Grandpa Ramirez, her Aunt Grecia and her Uncle Edgar in El Paso! They were all very excited to finally see her.

While we were there Martin's parents threw us a baby shower since we never had one while I was pregnant. Maddy got tons of clothes! She has more clothes than me now but she grows like a little weed! She can now wear clothes that are size 6 months!

After we went to El Paso we went to Kerville to visit my family. They were also very excited to meet her! Maddy got to meet her Grandpa her Great Grandpa and Grandma her Aunt Misty, Aunt Julie and her Uncle Nick.

Maddy finally got to meet her cousin Michelle. It was so cute!

We had a wonderful vacation and we just cant wait until the next one!

1 month!

Maddy will be one month old in 2 days! yay! Its been a crazy but exciting first month. We've taken so many pictures i don't even know which ones to put. Maddy is doing well. She can hold her head up for awhile its so exciting. I didn't know I was gonna be so excited over such a little accomplishment but I was.

Its A Girl!!

Yay!! Madelyn Nicole Ramirez arrived on the 21st of December! She weighed 9 lbs and 1oz. and she was 21.5 inches long! She was one big baby! We stayed in the hospital for 2 days and got out yesterday afternoon we were pretty excited to finally go home! Our first night was pretty tough but we made it through. We are extremly happy!
